Albert Damm Bitter In the traditional style, this ale is low-gravity, hand-drawn, and has a generous kettle hop addition. A "session" beer with a tawny amber color, medium body, and a wonderful hop flavor and aroma. 4.8% ABV, 34 IBUs [TOP] Belgian style Kriek Ale Kriek is a Belgian style beer that is naturally fermented with wild yeast and cherries in oak barrels. The wild yeast contributes a very tart spicy character. The wood and cherries add depth and piquancy to the flavor and aroma. This unique beer took over two years to make! 7.4% ABV [TOP] Bourbon Barrel Stout We took freshly emptied bourbon casks and filled them with our Horsetooth Stout. The fullness of the Stout creates a beautiful platform for the sweet peppery flavors of the Bourbon. Rich layers of flavor will roll across your tongue. Hand drawn, 7.4% ABV 33 IBUs [TOP] Cask Conditioned Punjabi Pale Ale This is Punjabi Pale Ale that is aged and served from the same cask. The yeast remains in the cask and additional aroma hops are added. It is served off a beer engine with natural carbonation. By using this traditional method, the maximum amount of flavor is preserved in the beer. 6.8% ABV, 52 IBUs [TOP] Columbine Kolsch Our rendition of a classic ale style from Cologne, Germany. Its clean and light flavor make it an easy-drinking brew. 5.3% ABV, 18 IBUs [TOP] Hanjabi (In-house only) Hanjabi is our Punjabi Pale Ale naturally carbonated and hand drawn. 6.8% ABV, 52 IBUs [TOP] Hardtack Ale ASB This beer defies categorization so we made up our own, American Special Bitter. Sweet malt flavors up front give way to a bisquity middle and finally a lingering Palisade hop finish. 6.3% ABV, 60 IBUs. [TOP] Horsetooth Stout Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts for a rich flavor. The use of oats in the mash adds a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by nitrogenation. 6.2% ABV, 33 IBUs [TOP] Mountain Avenue Wheat The banana, clove and tart quenching flavors of this German style hefeweizen come from the Bavarian yeast. Made with 50% wheat malt, it's the perfect patio beer. 5.3% ABV, 12 IBUs [TOP] Not Brown Ale Brown ales celebrate malt flavors. We lightly hop this one to let the caramel and coffee flavors of the roasted malts come through. While it is most definitely brown, it has a lighter body and is mildly sweet. 5.0% ABV, 18 IBUs [TOP] Poudre Pale Ale Our lightest pale ale with a touch of Crystal and Amber malt give this beer a slight carmel flavor. This sweetness is balanced by a healthy amount of Golding Hops in the finish. 5.3% ABV, 25 IBUs [TOP] Punjabi Pale Ale This India Pale Ale has a big malty body and a huge Cascade hop flavor and aroma. 6.8% ABV, 56 IBUs [TOP] Raspberry Mead This enticing nectar is made from raspberries, clover honey and a small amount of pale malt. The raspberry aroma and flavor lead with the sweet clover honey gently following. 8.7% ABV. [TOP] Razzmatazz Belgian Ale Spiced bread, apricot, fig and ripe banana are the front flavors in this rich golden ale. Saaz hops follow with a spiceness and refreshing bitterness. 6.7% ABV. [TOP] Sigda's Green Chili We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor. 5.4 % ABV, 15 IBUs. [TOP] Sitzman's Steam This style beer was created in California during the Gold Rush (1850s). Steam beer is characterized by fermenting with lager yeast at warmer ale temperatures. It has a smooth maltiness with a pleasant Cascade hop dryness in the finish. 6.1% ABV, 30 IBUs. [TOP] Tippet American Lager Our lightest beer has a golden color with a soft malt sweetness and a dry Hallertauer hop finish. 4.8% ABV. [TOP] Wayfarer Copper Ale This easy going ale has a tangerine like hop aroma. The flavor starts with a little Crystal malt sweetness and finishes with the Ahtanum hops. 5.1% ABV, 28 IBUs. [TOP] |
