Albert Damm Bitter In the traditional style, this ale is low-gravity, hand-drawn, and has a generous kettle hop addition. A "session" beer with a tawny amber color, light body, and a wonderful hop flavor and aroma. 4.8% ABV

Cask Conditioned Punjabi Pale Ale This is Punjabi Pale Ale that is fermented, aged and served from the same cask. The yeast remains in the cask and additional aroma hops are added. It is served off a beer engine with natural carbonation. By using this traditional method, the maximum amount of flavor is preserved in the beer. 6.8% ABV [TOP]
Coal Miner's Mild This traditional English ale gets its mild designation from the low hop bitterness. Crystal and Brown malt give it its ruby hues and biscuit and nut flavors. Golding hops add balance. It is served off a beer enginge with natural carbonation. 4.8% ABV. [TOP]
Columbine Kolsch Our rendition of a classic ale style from Cologne, Germany. Its clean and light flavor make it an easy-drinking brew. 5.3% ABV
[TOP]
Hanjabi (In-house only)
Hanjabi is our Punjabi Pale Ale naturally carbonated and hand drawn. 7.2% ABV [TOP]
Horsetooth Stout Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts to give this a hearty flavor. The use of oats in the mash gives our stout a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by a fine head from nitrogenation instead of carbonation. 6.2% ABV [TOP]
Jitterbug Coffee Porter This dark ale is brewed with Sumatran and Columbian coffee roasted by Redstone Coffee. The sweet malts blend with roast coffee flavors to create luscious chocolate like flavors. Nitrogenated, 5.7% ABV. [TOP]
Marzen Lager Pilsen, Munich, and Honey malt combine to give this amber its sweet character. Fermenting with lager yeast, a long aging period and German noble hops make it very smooth. Marzen is the traditional German spring celebration beer. 5.8% ABV. [TOP]
Mountain Avenue Wheat The banana, clove and tart quenching flavors of this German style hefeweizen come from the Bavarian yeast. Made with 50% wheat malt, its the perfect patio beer. 5.3% ABV [TOP]
Not Brown Ale Brown ales celebrate malt flavors. We lightly hop this one to let the caramel and coffee flavors of the roasted malts come through. While it is most definitely brown, it has a lighter body than you would think and is mildly sweet. 5.0% ABV. [TOP]
Poudre Pale Ale Our lightest pale ale with a touch of Crystal and Amber malt give this beer a slight carmel flavor. This sweetness is balanced by a healthy amount of Golding Hops in the finish. 5.3% ABV. [TOP]
Punjabi Pale Ale This India Pale Ale has a very big body and a huge Cascade hop character. Brewing it with a special ale yeast helps give it a unique flavor. 6.8% ABV. [TOP]
Rumblebuffin Double Blonde This amiable giant starts with sweet flavors from Munich malt and clover honey. Chinook and Saaz hops and coriander add a spicy zest. Because Rumblebuffin packs a powerful wallop, it is not being served in imperial pints or pitchers. 7.5% ABV. [TOP]
Scrumpy Cider (In-house only)
Jonathan, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Gala are a few of the apples we use to make this favorite. The blend changes through the season but the fresh appple flavor and aroma is always there. 7.1% ABV. Not available to go. [TOP]
Sigda's Green Chili We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor. 5.4 % ABV. [TOP]
Sitzman's Steam A style that was created on the West Coast during the gold rush period (1850s). Steam beer is characterized by fermenting with lager yeast at warmer ale tempratures. This beer has a smooth maltiness with just a touch of hop dryness in the finish. Sitzman ran a bakery in the current CooperSmith's location. 6.1% ABV [TOP]
Tippet American Lager Our lightest beer has a golden color with a soft malt sweetness and a dry Hallertauer hop finish. 4.8% ABV. [TOP]
