Albert Damm Bitter In the traditional style, this ale is low-gravity, hand-drawn, and has a generous kettle hop addition. A "session" beer with a tawny amber color, light body, and a wonderful hop flavor and aroma. 4.8% ABV, 34 IBUs

Bourbon Barrel Existential Porter This hand drawn porter was aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for a month. Chocolate, coffee, malt, sweet corn, pepper and tart cherries are only a few of the myriad of flavors you will experience in this dark ale. "I drink therefore I am... HAPPY!" 6.7% ABV [TOP]
Cappy's Hop Top APA Glacier hops are the featured flavor in this adventurous American Pale Ale. To get the most hop flavor and aroma possible, WE PUT A BAG OF FRESH HOPS IN EACH GLASS! For maximum effect, leave the hop bag in the glass. Glacier hops have a soft floral, mildly citrus and a touch spicy character. Its sure to please the hop lover. Nitrogenated, 73 IBUs, 6.0% ABV. Cask Conditioned Punjabi Pale Ale This is Punjabi Pale Ale that is fermented, aged and served from the same cask. The yeast remains in the cask and additional aroma hops are added. It is served off a beer engine with natural carbonation. By using this traditional method, the maximum amount of flavor is preserved in the beer. 6.8% ABV, 52 IBUs [TOP]
Columbine Kolsch Our rendition of a classic ale style from Cologne, Germany. Its clean and light flavor make it an easy-drinking brew. 5.3% ABV, 18 IBUs

Doppel Jabi We took our Punjabi recipe and cranked up the intensity with more malt and way more hops. The beer was then aged on American oak with Cascade and Amarillo hops. Caramel, ripe fruit, oak, tangerine and pepper are a few of the many notes you may pick up in this big complex warming ale. Double the trouble - double the fun! Available in twelve ounce draft only. 9.2% ABV, 101 IBUs. [TOP]
Dunkel Doppel Weizen Bock (DDWB) "Dark Double Wheat Bock". A rich flavored brew made with pale, wheat Munich and chocolate malts, Hallertauer hops and wheat and lager yeast. The yeast and malt fullness is balanced with the coffee like acidity. All this adds up to a complex yet easy drinking brew. A lot of name for a lot of beer! 7.5% ABV [TOP]
Hanjabi (In-house only)
Hanjabi is our Punjabi Pale Ale naturally carbonated and hand drawn. 6.8% ABV, 46 IBUs [TOP]
Horsetooth Stout Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts to give this a hearty flavor. The use of oats in the mash gives our stout a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by a fine head from nitrogenation instead of carbonation. 6.2% ABV, 33 IBUs [TOP]
Not Brown Ale Brown ales celebrate malt flavors. We lightly hop this one to let the caramel and coffee flavors of the roasted malts come through. While it is most definitely brown, it has a lighter body and is mildly sweet. 5.0% ABV, 18 IBUs [TOP]
Poor Richard's Ale This colonial style ale was brewed in honor of Benjamin Franklin. Corn and molasses add sweet nutty flavors to this full bodied, lightly hopped, strong amber ale. 6.7% ABV. [TOP]
Poudre Pale Ale Our lightest pale ale with a touch of Crystal and Amber malt give this beer a slight carmel flavor. This sweetness is balanced by a healthy amount of Golding Hops in the finish. 5.3% ABV, 25 IBUs [TOP]
Punjabi Pale Ale This India Pale Ale has a big malty body and a huge Cascade hop flavor and aroma. 6.8% ABV, 46 IBUs [TOP]
Scrumpy Cider (In-house only)
Jonathan, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Gala are a few of the apples we use to make this favorite. The blend changes through the season but the fresh appple flavor and aroma is always there. 7.1% ABV. Not available to go. [TOP]
Sigda's Green Chili We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor. 5.4 % ABV, 15 IBUs. [TOP]
Sitzman's Steam This style beer was created in California during the Gold Rush (1850s). Steam beer is characterized by fermenting with lager yeast at warmer ale temperatures. It has a smooth maltiness with a pleasant Cascade hop dryness in the finish. Sitzman ran a bakery in the current CooperSmith's location. 6.1% ABV, 30 IBUs. [TOP]
Tippet American Lager Our lightest beer has a golden color with a soft malt sweetness and a dry Hallertauer hop finish. 4.8% ABV. [TOP]
