Albert Damm Bitter
In the traditional style, this ale is low-gravity, hand-drawn, and has a generous kettle hop addition. A "session" beer with a tawny amber color, light body, and a wonderful hop flavor and aroma. 4.8% ABV, 34 IBUs.

Anniversary Cherry Ale
Tart cherries, orange blossom honey, special Munich and Honey malts and Amarillo hops are used to brew this annual celebration ale. The fruit, honey, malt and hops all find their way into the flavors of this smooth red ale. 5.9% ABV, 20 IBUs.

Belgian style Kriek Ale
Kriek ale is a Belgian style beer that is naturally fermented with wild yeast and cherries aged in oak barrels. The wild yeast contributes a very tart spicy character. The wood and cherries add depth and piquancy to the flavor and aroma. This unique beer took nearly two years to make! 7.4% ABV.

Biere Blanche du Fort
The first thing you'll notice about this Belgian style white ale is the aroma from the orange peel, coriander and chamomile. Unmalted wheat and oats give it a firm milky body and grainy flavor while the yeast contributes a quenching spiciness. 4.7% ABV.

Blonde Bombshell Ale
This unique golden ale has a medium body, low hop bitterness and a rich hop flavor and aroma. The addition of a large amount of Golding and Cascade hops at the end of the boil is the key to this original beer. 5.7% ABV.

Blueberry Mead
This enticing nectar is made from blueberries, clover honey and a small amount of pale malt. The clover honey aroma and flavor lead with the blueberry gently following. 8.7% ABV.

Blueberry Porter

Glacier hops are the featured flavor in this adventurous American Pale Ale. To get the most hop flavor and aroma possible, WE PUT A BAG OF FRESH HOPS IN EACH GLASS! This is Punjabi Pale Ale that is fermented, aged and served from the same cask. The yeast remains in the cask and additional aroma hops are added. Cerveza del Verano
This bronze colored lager was inspired by the more flavorful beers of Mexico which find their roots in the Vienna style. Malt flavors up front are followed by a dry spicy finish. 4.7% ABV.

Chai Stout
A robust milk stout brewed with lactose sugar and chai spices. The spices come through boldly in the aroma. The flavor goes from roast malt to sweet milk and lingers with vanilla and fennel. This is Fort Collins homebrewer Matthew Burton’s recipe brewed for the Great American Beer Festival’s Pro-Am competition. 6.9% ABV.

Doppel Jabi
We took our Punjabi recipe and nearly doubled the malt and hops, then fermented it with two different ale yeasts. The beer was then aged on American oak with Cascade and Amarillo hops. Caramel, ripe fruit, oak, tangerine and pepper are a few of the many notes you may pick up in this big complex warming ale. Double the trouble- double the fun! Dunkel Doppel Weizen Bock (DDWB)
"Dark Double Wheat Bock". A rich flavored brew made with pale, wheat Munich and chocolate malts, Hallertauer hops and wheat and lager yeast. The yeast and malt fullness is balanced with the coffee like acidity. All this adds up to a complex yet easy drinking brew. A lot of name for a lot of beer! 7.5% ABV.

Dunkel Munich
Dunkel Weizen is made by adding Crystal and Chocolate malt to our Mountain Avenue Wheat. The yeast is still the predominant flavor component contributing the banana-like aroma and the clove flavor. The additional malts balance the sweetness, giving hints of pumpernickel bread. 5.8% ABV.

Dusseldorf Altbier
This bright copper ale is our interpretation of a traditional German Alt beer. Sweet malts are combined with German hops to create and ale most notable for its smoothness. Subtle fruit and vanilla flavors and malt aromas are present. "Alt" (German for "old") refers to the old technique of brewing top-fermenting ales that were prevalent in Germany before the lager revolution took over. 5.6% ABV.

Flanders Red
Over a year in the making, this extraordinary beer was inspired by the Flemish Red style. Finished red ale was aged in a wood cask and underwent a second "wild" fermentation. An intense acidity along with the wood and malt give a sharp cranberry and tart cherry flavors. A firm body and flavor that goes on for miles marries this beer wonderfully with rich foods. 6.2% ABV.

Free Range Pale Ale
This ale is brewed with 100% organic malt and hops. The Pale malt has a light walnut-like flavor. Centennial hops are used exclusively in the kettle for a clean bitterness and a lingering citrus character. Whole Pacific Gem dry hops add a fresh berry aroma. 5.6% ABV, 45 IBUs.

Golden Scimitar IPA

Havel Pilsner
This golden lager has a soft maltiness balanced with the crisp Saaz hop flavor and aroma. It is a classic style originating from Pilsen in the Czech Republic. 5.5% ABV. Named for poet and former President of Czechoslovakia, Vaslav Havel.

Highland Scottish Ale
This dark red brew is dominated by malt flavors and aromas. Toasted malt and a special Munich malt give it a chewy, toffee, nutty flavor. Northern Brewer hops balance out the malt sweetness, making it easy to drink. 5.1% ABV.

Honey Lavender Blonde
The clover honey and lavender flowers shine through in this light sweet, floral blonde ale. 5.3% ABV.

Horsetooth Stout
Our stout is full-bodied and dark. We use a generous amount of roasted malts to give this a hearty flavor. The use of oats in the mash gives our stout a creamy-mouth feel which is enhanced by a fine head from nitrogenation instead of carbonation. 6.2% ABV, 33 IBUs.

Imperial Destroyer Stout
This big black beer has a rich malt character, intense coffee like roastiness, hints of fruit from the ale yeast and hop notes in the finish. It is served nitrogenated. 7.4% ABV.

Irish Red Ale
This red ale is malt-accented with buttery, oaky notes and fruity round finish. Crystal malt, Northern Brewer hops, a slightly warmer fermentation temperature and a hotter mash all contribute to the character of this beer. 5.4% ABV.

Irish Stout
A tangy roast malt aroma and flavor dominate this black ale. Flaked (unmalted) barley contributes a fullness to the body and an incredibly dense foam. Roast and Black malt along with a higher fermentation temperature give a coffee-like roastyness. A generous amount of Cluster "bittering" hops provides the finishing spicy note. 4.5% ABV.

Jezebel Strong Ale
This inviting temptress starts with full malt body and big ripe fruit flavors. Glacier hops linger in the finish. 6.8% ABV.

Jingle Ale
This amber ale has a nice maltiness but the spices are what really contribute its unique character. Clove, mace (nutmeg), cinnamon, orange peel, cardimon, and ginger root are added for that holiday flavor. 6.7% ABV. Available in 750ml bottles to go, for $5.25.

Jitterbug Coffee Porter
This dark ale is brewed with Sumatran and Columbian coffee roasted by Redstone Coffee. The sweet malts blend with roast coffee flavors to create luscious chocolate like flavors. Nitrogenated, 5.7% ABV.

Kaiser Brau
This black lager has a mild roast malt chocolate flavor. The German lager yeast produces a light smooth body. 5.9% ABV.

This English style ale is very full bodied with a roast malt flavor up front and a lingering creaminess. The addition of lactose sugar gives it the sweet milk taste. Its like chocolate milk for grown ups. 4.9% ABV.

Pilsen, Munich, and Honey malt combine to give this amber its sweet character. Fermenting with lager yeast, a long aging period and German noble hops make it very smooth. Marzen is the traditional German spring celebration beer. 5.8% ABV.

We made this smooth cruiser with Montmorency tart cherries, Belgian yeast, wheat malt and aged it on oak chips. Fruit, malt, wood and spice swirl in a medley of flavor. 5.6% ABV.

The banana, clove and tart quenching flavors of this German style hefeweizen come from the Bavarian yeast. Made with 50% wheat malt, it's the perfect patio beer. 5.3% ABV, 12 IBUs.

New Delhi I.P.A.
This India Pale Ale uses Pale and high color Munich Malts and is hopped with Northern Brewer and Willamette hops. There is a generous addition of Mt. Hood hops in the finish. It is served hand drawn with natural carbonation. 6.1% ABV.

Brown ales celebrate malt flavors. We lightly hop this one to let the caramel and coffee flavors of the roasted malts come through. While it is most definitely brown, it has a lighter body and is mildly sweet. 5.0% ABV, 18 IBUs.

Ozzy's Epiphany Red
Brewed on the day of epiphany, January 6th, this ale uses crystal and chocolate malts to give it it’s deep red color. Behind the malty sweetness we added a generous portion of perle hops which give it a soft, yet noticeable bitterness. 5.1% ABV.

Pedestrian Ale
One of our originals beers from 1989 brought back to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Pale malt, Tettnang hops and ale yeast are used to brew this friendly blonde ale. 4.9% ABV, 14 IBUs.

This colonial style ale was brewed in honor of Benjamin Franklin. Corn and molasses add sweet nutty flavors to this full bodied, lightly hopped, strong amber ale. 7.0% ABV.

Our lightest pale ale with a touch of Crystal and Amber malt give this beer a slight carmel flavor. This sweetness is balanced by a healthy amount of Golding Hops in the finish. 5.3% ABV, 25 IBUs.

Red Raven Ale
This beer is a malt-accentuated medium-bodied amber ale. Carmel, biscuit, and butter flavors and aromas come from the malt. Just enough Centennial and Liberty hops are used to keep it from being too sweet.

Redfeather Amber Ale
Eight types of malt and five kinds of hops are used in this medium-bodied reddish amber ale. The result is a sweet fruity character that is well balanced with the full hop flavors.

Remington Red
This red ale is aggressively hopped with Nugget and Chinook hops. The color and sweet malt flavor come from English Crystal Malt. 5.8% ABV, 71 IBUs.

Rumblebuffin Double Blonde
This amiable giant starts with sweet flavors from Munich malt and clover honey. Chinook and Saaz hops and coriander add a spicy zest. Because Rumblebuffin packs a powerful wallop, it is not being served in imperial pints or pitchers. 7.5% ABV.

Rye PA
This unique pale, made with Horizon hops and rye malt, is full flavored and refreshing. Spicy floral flavors roll into earthy and sweet malt notes with a lingering citrus finish. 6.1% ABV.

Sax Saison
A rustic earthy woody character is derived from the special Belgian yeast used in this medium bodied copper colored ale. Saaz and East Kent Golding hops add the strong spicy citrus notes that lead into the refreshing dry finish. Wallonia, in Belgium, is the home of this unique beer and Adolphe Sax, inventor of the saxophone. 6.2% ABV.

Scrumpy Cider
Jonathan, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Gala are a few of the apples we use to make this favorite. The blend changes through the season but the fresh appple flavor and aroma is always there. 7.1% ABV. Not available to go.

Sigda's Green Chili
We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor. 5.4 % ABV, 15 IBUs.

Sir Edmund's Extra Special Bitter
An English style ale, made by an American brewer and named after a New Zealander. The result is a "bitter" with a rich copper color, medium malt sweetness and a Simcoe hop finish. Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay were the first people to summit Mt. Everest (29,035 ft). 6.5% ABV.

Sitzman's Steam
This style beer was created in California during the Gold Rush (1850s). Steam beer is characterized by fermenting with lager yeast at warmer ale temperatures. It has a smooth maltiness with a pleasant Cascade hop dryness in the finish. Sitzman ran a bakery in the current CooperSmith's location. 6.1% ABV, 30 IBUs.

Tippet American Lager
Our lightest beer has a golden color with a soft malt sweetness and a dry Hallertauer hop finish. 4.8% ABV.

Triple Cherry Bourbon Ale
300 pounds of cherries were used in this triple strength ale. After fermentation was complete, the beer was aged in wood bourbon barrels for one year. This silky beer melds cherry, vanilla, wood and bourbon flavors. Served in 10 ounce glass. 9.8% ABV, 48 IBUs. Not available to go.

Twisted Cynical Bitter
This bitter was created by request to mirror some common brewing practices in Britain. It uses the addition of brewing sugar to allow it to finish dryer than an all-malt beer would. It is light in color and body which allows the bitterness of the Northern Brewer Hops to shine through. It also uses Willamette and Crystal Hops in the finish.

Wayfarer Copper Ale
This easy going ale has a tangerine like hop aroma. The flavor starts with a little Crystal malt sweetness and finishes with the Ahtanum hops. 5.1% ABV, 28 IBUs.

Ze Bock
Cold fermentation and an extended aging period give this dark brown lager a very smooth or "round" character. It has low hop bitterness, medium malt sweetness with chocolate and alcohol notes in the flavor and aroma. 7.6% ABV.
